Baseline Impact Testing Schedule for Athletes - see image for more details!

MS Girls Basketball: All girls in grades 6-8 that are interested in working on basketball skills with Coach Matlock please attend sessions on Monday & Wednesday from 4:45-6:30pm starting Monday, September 21st. These basketball sessions will follow conditioning with Mrs. Edwards from 3:30-4:45pm. All girls coming must have current physical, bring their own water bottle & mask, and maintain social distancing & hand washing practices. Any questions please contact Mrs. Edwards.

MS Sports Conditioning for Wed. 9/16: 3:30 -4:45 in Gym B. Please bring masks & water bottles. NO girls basketball following conditioning.

HS Practice Changes: HS Baseball/Softball practice has been canceled tonight due to poor air quality. This week, all sports will have conditioning workouts on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6 pm. Football will be on Wednesday at 3:30. Please sign up for Remind to keep up to date on individual sports schedules.

2019-2020 high school yearbooks go home tomorrow during materials pick-up day! Have you purchased yours yet? Not sure if you already purchased a book? If you haven't yet purchased a book, instead of a yearbook in your materials box tomorrow, you'll get a slip of paper with ordering instructions and will be able to purchase one in the office for $45. Class of 2020: If you would like your yearbook to go home with a returning middle or high school student, please let Ms. Frey (jamie.frey@stpaul.k12.or.us) know before 8:00am on Wednesday. Otherwise, you will be able to pick up your copy in the high school office.
